Guess body is catching up..and that’s fine..good Tuesday morning...can’t be smarter then the body..weight comes off when it’s ready..all you can do is be calm..and stick with the plan...I have went back to Omar...decided to fast longer that way...before having a meal...just fix it later..put it in one bowl..less dishes to wash..lol...

Been listening to more Ken berry and 2ketodudes podcasts...for me it’s motivational...getting my insulin down even though I’m not diabetic is for me..what it’s all about...back in 2012.. I was borderline...but since 2015 when I had a stay in the hospital for a week...doctor told me my numbers were to good...to be diabetic...now fast forward a few years later and eating even cleaner...that the next visit...when ever that might be...the numbers are even better...

The plan today...get a ride...on zwift..not about how long...just need a workout for a change...been sliding on zwift lately...need to get back into it...

Welp...coffee is good..648 am..thinking by 1030am...be 24hours since last meal...refuel maybe...not really sure if it’s gonna be just 24 hour fast...or longer...the more I fast..easier it is to keep it going...


Keep this ole body guessing...

Keep calm...find what works for you...and if it’s working great..if not..don’t tweak to much...a tweak here an there..sometimes that’s all it takes...keto on...have a great day...
