Just what I might expect from a cheating weekend! I BEEN A CHEATER! 😡
190.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We could only hope Tom! Some good bicycle in the last couple days working on my trucker legs. Haven’t made the change yet but I’m convinced I will probably drop to 175. Hopefully by then I will have better control of some regular workout patterns while on the road. Where does one start in a bulking routine?

can't help with the muscle building suggestions but I agree, muscle growth retains water and any carbs you had are holding it. You will have that gone in no time!
