Yeah. Thanks. I'm losing all that stored glycogen from my 2 day keto break. I'll take it. My downfall is cheddar cheese. How do u all not keep from eating a the whole block lol. I'm just not gonna buy it any more. I don't need it. Keto on Friday.

I seldom ever eat cheese by itself. Only way to eat it by itself is with crackers which a a no-no in my kitchen. I use a little cheese little on my omelets or shredded on top of other stuff. I buy either extra sharp cheddar because its flavor is strongest and it only takes a little to satisfy me. Or I buy those single serving wrapped string cheese packets.

@CrashtestDawnie Yummy! Mozzarella in the middle of an omelette melts so nice and the strings stretch and are so gooey and delicious. 🧀🥚makes me 🙂 smile!
