Time to recalibrate...good Thursday morning...switching to vegan taught me that I can get off food...but I can’t eat a lot of carbs...I was having oats for breakfast and discovered oats like many things have lectins...and that causes inflammation as well...to bad ...as I was enjoying all of it cept for the weight gain...weight w as going up fast...even seen it hit 300 yesterday morning...not a good thing...

I’m sure some of the gain is from movement in therapy...but not putting on that much muscle...and if I was...shirts would be skin tight at bicep muscle...which is healing...

Another day of therapy yesterday...then came home and cut grass...day off today...plan to ride on zwift today for sure...have everything caught up for a change...sister is to be released from hospital today...and transferring to nursing home for rebuilditaton on hip...once she’s able then back home...nursing home is a few blocks away..will have to find a ride...if I was bicycle approved..I could ride...but shoulder is still mending...

Got down to 58 here last night....brrrrr....just means fall is getting closer...year passed to fast for me....and riding time was cut short for sure...

Well time to get the green tea in me...get this day started once again...then eat some eggs and prep my salad....get things back on track...back to less carbs..less inflammation...hopefully....
