I am moving more and stressing less. Seems to be working for now. Happy Wednesday my friends! Xo
136.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jen jabba I remember doing Richard Simmons VCR tape excercises at home. Kind of drove me nuts with the horrible songs in the background.

that is great, he is a crazy guy but motivating. Glad you are stressing less, working out really helps me in that department. I feel so much freer after exercise. No matter how hard sometimes it is to get started.

I have been getting up around 6:15 lately too. I walk the 4 dogs for about 20 minutes then take the small ones out for another 50 minutes with their stroller. I am really enjoying my mornings.

I have tried workouts with shaun, the hip hop and, I really need a beginners DVD, they move to fast, and I think I have too much weight to move like that....but I really need something more than just walking activity.

@kimberliefield, not a swimmer, not at all. but how I wish, originally from the North and never did any swimming.

I used to have to use a walker, so over weight 305 lbs, hurting my knees and back. Now that I weigh 177 I am now using my cane, what a change. So keep it up and never look back Nattybun

foxy they do have classes in the water too, not just swimming. If you need to start slow with exercise this sometimes helps.

I progressed. I have some RS VCR tapes and then moved to the DVDs. The benefit was that you moved. I still hear a certain song and want to start shuffling down the road.... And, we are all beautiful. Happy Hump Day...
