Little bit early to write a journal record, but I am afraid that I forgot and past the due time of the challenge so here I am.. This week is still holidays for me, got much free time, can do the deficit calories and try to work out in my free time, the motivation and willingness at the high point. But, next week I will start my study again, and I really hope that I can pass the exam (in the next 2 weeks). I just don't know what will happens except to work harder and keep trying. I don't have weight scales, so can't record my weight easily and my measurement will be next month, I will do what I can do, just do the good thing, not try to be perfect. I will go easily to myself and be consistent. Wish me luck!
143.3 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
