yeap...the scales had the same number twice...so I took it...goof sunday morning..im sure after my green tea...then il be taking dump an show more...

didn't do much yesterday...have decided it's gonna be a hot one this year...stayed inside an fought off sleeping in the recliner several times...might of hit 3500 in steps...

8.5 hours of sleep last night...more light sleep then anything else an a lot of them sleep as well..so my fit bit tells me..smart little gadget it is...

Well drinking my tea...counting down the days till my shoulder starts to mend properly...kinda looking forward to being inside where it's cool and on zwift on them hot days..
