310AM..gooood thursday morning..another day of rain in the forcast..been raining since midnight..all day rain again today..was nice that it quit yesterday but was a cool damp day..did some errands..

day 11 of meditation..just listened to that..since i woke up early..figured id get a head start on everything..

getting ready to do a zwift ride/workout..have decided to spend more time doing hill rides/workout rides to build strength up in legs..can get miles once im out riding outside..should of been doing that to begin with which i have..but was more focused on getting miles..now its about getting stronger..i can see that riding thru winter time on the trainer has made big improvements in my riding..

havnt been on scales yet..usually weigh in at 430am as im getting riding gear on..and taking last p before getting on bike/trainer..im guessing im still on same number..im thinking body had all that release..now its gotta catch up with all of that..then probably go back to releasing inches like it was..happy to see the scales move..but would be nice to keep seeing the numbers go down..does make one more motivated...

well..thats it for now..need to get up an get laptop set up to flat screen..get ready an get a workout in while im still in my 23 hour fast mode...only way to do a workout..burns the fat..an gets them little endorphins moving ..be wired like a xmas tree..just beaming ..

i see a power nap in my future about 10am..thats usually about the time i fall asleep in recliner...just a short 30 min nap an im good for rest of the day..already looking forward to that..lol...

just got done with one heck of a zwift ride..did the new Alpe du Zwift ride..no i didnt make it to the top of the mountain..but close... 15.14mi ...2:31:22 on time...2,700 ft elevation...needless to say...im whooped....1320 in calories burned...
