34...feels like 29..525am...yawn..good sunday morning..yeap...took today off from morning ride/workout on zwift..even slept in for 2 alarms on phone..was almost 430am before i got outta bed an started moving around..just dont do that very often..but made an exemption today...lol

ended up with 125 miles for my week of peddling..want to start adding more miles thru the week when my body isnt as tired..along with my fish oil i take..have started taking vitamins again..thinking since im low carb..might be good idea..also been tweaking on food menu..im noticing the weight is starting to come off from my salt intake of ham an beans..but inches are also changing..as my sweats seemed to sag at the waist line other day when i had em on...im sure with all the calories i burn and doing the 22-23 hour fasting i do that body has to give in eventually...

kinda want to go for a morning walk..change of pace since im not peddling..but its cold out there...lol...i know fritzy...gotta make myself get layered up an make it happen..hard to get up outta this nice comfy recliner an get layered up an leave a nice warm house..but gonna try my best..get alittle fresh morning air..lol...so..need to get off here..and go into bedroom an get layered up..and head out...

goood mornin murph...i have long johns on cause i went for a morning walk...if it had been 52..might of went for a short bike ride..with long johns..lol..

I had a nice sleep in morning myself. My alarm is usually a cold doggy snout in the ear but I guess she wanted to snooze too. Have a great day!
