34..feels like 31..410am..goood saturday mornin..todays quote got me to thinking about all the success stories on fs..so many of them still are here day in an day out...teaching us all what to do or not do...and yet we all have to learn what best works for our bodies..if only there was one set way of releasing the weight and keeping it off...

need to workout today..but finding it hard to get with the program..mind says lets go..body says are you sure you want to do this..

well..gonna get up an get laptop set up in fitness room..turn on flat screen an hook laptop to it..then bring up zwift and hopefully get a ride in..just need to round up them dorphins an get them critters flowin thru my body..first 4 miles an then il be woke up an ready to ride/workout...

Good morning Mike been up since 3am...crazy isn't it and on my day off ankle is on the mend feels tons better and it has begun itching on the inside under the skin... so its healing...yay! I hope your Saturday is wonderfully warm with sunshine and blue skies...if its not it will be here for us soon sweetie..have a good one;)

goood morning maxie...been in kitchen prepping ahead...just seems to work best for me..got in the habit..just like it...lol..easier to set it up an then later grab it an munch it down...only dishes to do are the salad bowl...

I need to get outside for a nice long walk. Thursday was too windy and rainy, yesterday I didn't really have an excuse other than it was too cold and I just didn't feel like it. Still cold and we might get some rain, but I'm going to go out for at least 30-45 minutes. Really, I am......................

cold here at the moment..but in 50s later today..thats whats nice about having road bike set up inside on a trainer..to be able to ride regardless of the weather..less excuses to keep me from riding that way...

I did walk, for an hour and a half. It was cold but felt good to get back into my routine. I hiked 2 days in a row on Saturday and Sunday and was so tired that I didn't do anything on Monday and not much on Tuesday. Then the rains came. I had one day I walked for 30 minutes until today. It's raining now and about a half hour ago the deck was completely covered with hail. So it's a good think I walked earlier.
