430am..29..feels like 23..and fog and or freezing rain..goood sunday mornin..today is one of them i just dont feel like doing anything..i think yesterday was a push myself to the limit day..started out with a ride on zwift..16.05 miles up a mountain..on a fast..always work out on a fast before i eat something..got done with zwift..journaled..fixed meal..baked and or prepped chicken for the week..or until it runs out..set for a few..had my meal..and rested for only a few..got up an did a 1.2 mile walk ..was bitter walk with wind blowing out of the north..but got er done..came home an then..that was it for the day..

today is walmart day..just need to stock up mostly..dont really need anything..but just like to have it in fridge incase i decide to have something extra..

with it being sunday..this is usually my day off from zwift..but if i get bored after walmart..then i might ride a few miles just to keep legs moving..

im thinkin i was tired last night..slept 9 hours..laid down an that was it..only got up once to p..an laid down again..an next thing i know alarm on phone is telling me its time to get up..already im thinking..but got up an here i sit..thinking..well slowly thinking..not even sure of that..

well gonna get up an make a meal for later..get it over with..then it will be walmart time..get back home an inside..looks like a heat wave on wed an thursday..and rain both days..but might sneak in an outside ride for a change..thats whats nice about having 2 road bikes..one on trainer..other one available at a moments notice..like grab an go..

it was a cold walk..but wanted to do one..if your layered up..its not really that bad..

Took today off..ended up having freezing rain this morning..no Wal-Mart visit..bitter cold again today..an onside day...lots of watching tv..and sitting in recliner...tomorow be back up an moving more....

dont get all that much snow like we use to..an thats fine..great workout when it does ..

I wouldn't have ventured out either. We probably will go to Walmart for extras today or tomorrow.
