JUST GOT DONE WITH MORNING RIDE...2 days off to rest..would of been so easy to take 3 days off..exercise is just like eating plan...so easy to fall from healthy habits..body was tired..so took time off..but was a struggle to get in the mood to do a morning workout even though it was inside in a warm house instead of out in the 35 degree weather...
