MUCH NEEDED RAIN...goood thursday morning..been raining most of nite and at 4am..still raining..we needed a long rain..will do the farmers an the lawn good to get more then a fast rain like we have gotten several times lately..so..looks like only way i will be riding today is on zwift..i texted my friend that i rode with yesterday..hes still in zzzz land..told him i would be over at 515am..to do a morning ride..bring his rain gear...he will get a laugh outta that once he sees it on his phone..suppose to rain all day an part of tonight..had planned on going to bike shop an picking up my cannondale today..but guess thats gonna have to wait till tomow when its a nicer day..man is it coming down outside..glad im inside..even with a rain jacket on..im sure would be soaked all the way thru...

so...not sure what im gonna do for excitement today..hate to take another day off this week from riding...makes for a longer day..i know yesterdays ride wore me out more then usual..but it was a different route and more hills added to the ones im already riding at times..took me almost 4-5 hours before i recovered from the ride..the frozen banannas pieces seemed to help the most..so might cut more bannanas up into pieces an put in zip lock bagggy for next time..

well coffee is done..guess il get woke up more..really just thinking about going back to bed...lol..dont get to do that very often less im not feeling good..

I could sure use a day of solid rain and some coffee. Hope your day passes pleasantly. Do you ever do planks variations? It's not riding but there are some nice routines on YouTube. It breaks up the day when I'm stuck inside at a desk.

im in the lazy department when it comes to getting on the floor to do pushups or planks...and according to bicycle magazine planks are one of 4 of the best exercises a cyclist can do..seems like when its time to get on floor i can always find something else to do...

I love frozen bananas :). I often chuck them in my blender and make a healthy nice cream. Just don't leave them in the freezer for more than a couple of weeks....they will go brown.

I was introduced to frozen bananas a while ago and now keep a load in my freezer all the time. I even use them like ice lollies lol very refreshing on a hot sunny summers day lol l've not had many this year due to the crap British weather, l ride as well to help with my weight loss but never ventured out when it's raining, it's quite dangerous around here as it is with the bad drivers l can only imagine what it would be like in the rain. It's good to hear that you are working hard to reduce your weight, l wish you well on your journey, take care
