FIGHTING SINUSES YESTERDAY..good wednesday morning..alergies was kicking my butt yesterday..finally dawned on me why i would have a burst of energy an then be so tired..did manage to cut grass..even though only part of it needed it..an once i got grass cut an back inside in the air..started feeling better..didnt sleep the greatest last night..not sure why..might of been cause i knew when i woke up this morning i had a 30 mile ride waiting on me..lol..yeap..friend i ride with usually once a week told me he was riding this morning..an i told him i would like to do the 30 mile just to see how i did on it..all great road..only one section road narrows an you have to watch traffic..just gotta survive a mile of stress..then other 29 is a breeze..with plenty of room for everyone..

It helps me to ride faster when I ride with a friend...since he rides faster an sets the pace...an...at same time someone to motivate you when your tired an wondering what you was thinking when you said yes to the 30 mile ride...lol
