CAULIFLOWER PIZZA..goood saturday morning... made cauliflower pizza yesterday...was really almost cauliflower pizza soup..put in to much heavy whipped cream..but leaving it in oven longer too care of the over measuring..everything worked out great..was good..

cauliflower pizza recipe..

2 bags of cauliflower
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy whipped cream or land of lakes butter melted..1 cup makes soup
1 cup mozz cheese

mix contents in bowl..put in parchment paper on cookie sheet..put in oven for 15 min..at 450...

pull cookie sheet out an add your toppings...stick back in oven for 15 min...

cut it to size squares or triangles that you want....2 x2 inch squares filled me up for several hours..

wasnt in any hurry today..just wanted to add miles on to my weekly mileage..plan to take day off tomow..get rested up..an gonna change my goal on strava from 80 miles to 100..a new challenge to shoot for..
