wannabhealthier's Journal, 15 May 2017

MY BUDDY LIST..good monday morning..i often wonder how my buddies are doing that were once here day in an day out along with me..each journaling as i do..most of them have either hit their goals an moved on..or have given up an just quit on themselves an gone back to old habits that was easier to stick with..i often wonder how they are doing..odd how you get acquainted with somoene on a site an you hope they succeed in their quest to do what so many of us hope to do ourselves..

did a 24.6 mile ride in 2 hours 10 min..today..i want to go for a ride cause i know the weather is changing this week..but body says i need a break..so guess il take a day off...even though my mind wants to do a workout..my body says no...

i did get 8.5 hours of solid sleep last night..i set an alarm on phone to go off at 430pm to remind me to get off the computer..that gives me plenty of time to unwind before bed time an just relax..of course i think the 24 mile ride might of helped...lol..

WELL...COFFEE IS WAITING..BED IS MADE..

HAVE A GREAT MONDAY..HOPE TO SEE YOU HERE AGAIN TOMOW...AND IF NOT HOPE YOU STICK TO A PLAN THAT WORKING FOR YOU...

You were talking about me, weren't you? Hmmmmm?? LOL! I never quit. I just fade off for a while. I struggle more than the average dieter but I never give up the dream. Glad you are doing so well.

Mom2Boxers It sounds like me, I am pretty good with posting food, sometimes I can't keep up with all the journals, but I have been doing good for the most part latley. I am not on facebook so that helps, I am basically email, fatsecret, and Linkdeln. Fatsecret and Regular email are my main things, & Read some entertainment twitters.

We all need to remember to encourage one another.

I sympathize with the support of 'friends' fading off here. Some people I grew close to just disappeared, and I wonder how they're doing. For better or worse, this site is a social medium of sorts, and like all things interwebz, it flows, fluxes, and changes with the winds. Ultimately, we're here for ourselves, and our goals. Keep on keepin' on, and get to where you want to be.
