THE PLAN ...goood sunday morning..the plan for this morning had been do do a morning ride at 445am..sometimes plans get changed..i went to bed at 7pm last night like usual..i didnt work out yesterday...but when i layed down i was ready to go to bed..slept till 930pm...woke up an just could not got back to sleep..last time i looked at clock it was 230am..yes i was up an down between them hours trying to eat something to help the aleves put me to sleep..but nothing seemed to help..when i woke up again it was 5am..got up an got my coffee in me..dont feel to bad for only getting mabye 5 hours of sleep..

had planned on doing 2 rides today..now im done to getting one ride in..wont hit my ave miles this week..but thats the way it is sometimes..you just gotta live with what comes along..

made fat bombs while ago..was out..i used the ones i had made up yesterday in my insulated water bottle to drink on ride this morning..so had to make up new supply..gonna make the cheeseburger bake in a pie pan this morning..an add more stuff to it..still have some in freezer..but it wont last forever..i had a piece of it yesterday..an mmmmmmmmmm...something about the flavor of the crust just brings out the flavor of everything else..

weather is changing monday afternoon..an from tuesday till saturday will be windyer an rain on saturday or sometime this week..so will be putting road bike back on trainer to keep getting my miles in for the year..1262 miles this year..but my counter on strava says im 22 behind where i should be..numbers numbers...geez...200 more an i will have what i had last year by end of the year..so im ahead of last year already..but only rode from june till nov or so....

well coffee is long gone..breakfast is over..bed is made once again...time to start getting ready to do a morning ride...63 outside already...warming up fast..my kind of weather..suppose to be in 80s today...

i been trying to hit 80 miles per week..only got 77.9 little bit ago...just came in from a 24.6 mile ride.. 2 hours an 10 min..winds out of wsw at 8.. and 78 degrees..nice day for a ride..my goal for the year is 3500 miles..not sure i will make it...but a goal to shoot for..keeps me pushing to do better..if you have cell phone you can download strava an it keeps track of yor miles for you...pretty nice ...phone syncs to it an shows map of where you ride..have a great day glen...keep pushing them peddles...
