A REST DAY FROM WORKOUTS AN LIFE..goood monday morning..fat bombs already in freezer for consumption today..made strawberry flavor this morning..pretty well have making the fat bombs down to a routine..make the mix..pour it into ice trays..2 hours or less..ready to snack on..usually only get one tray per mixing..but so worth taking the time to make them up..

took off yesterday...started to get on bike/trainer once or twice..but instead took bike off trainer an did maintenance on it..cleaned the chain..set bike back up on trainer for todays an rest of the week riding time..i see alot of people in my area riding bikes already...but im in no hurry to get out an ride until the weather is decent enough..suppose to be 20 mile an hour winds today..so really glad to have an indoor trainer..my friend that comes over to ride was saying that by being able to ride inside this year..it kept him in shape to do the 100 mile ride he has planned for in a few months...told him i was happy to help..we was talking about my ride up that mountain saturday..an he was telling me that my legs have gotten stronger for me to be able to reach the top..even though i dont seem to think ive improved that much..

todays plan is to eat extra so when i get on bike il have the energy to get a decent ride in..would like to get 20 at least..didnt hit my ave last week..cause i chose to do the mountain instead of riding the miles for my ave..but sometimes..you just gotta change the habit..im glad i did..proved to myself that ive gotten stronger from riding all winter..

well coffee is almost gone..time to get up an move alittle..

MY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY just went by on april 28..lost 63 pounds so far with more to go..the ups an the downs of finding what works for me has been an eye opening experience..when i was still eating all the sugar..i thougth i was eating better..but in jan of this year when i cut sugar outta my life and started using pyure.. organic stevia and almond flour..i can see the difference in eating cleaner...
