yawn...goood morning.. 37 this morning..and rain is coming tomow they say..welp..i kept up an moving yesterday..my phone kept going off every 30 minutes..2863 in steps..or 1.45 miles..i did better first part of day..by afternoon i was ready to turn phone off and or reset the alarm or just not paying attention...lol..

then about 5pm last night i thought id find the kettle ball i had sitting around ..got it out an just did 5 minutes..call me a whimp..im sore this morning from doing no more then i did..but my plans are to do it every nite before bed an let it work off calories as i sleep..i do know ever time i woke up last night seemed like body was warmer then usual..figured it was burning the flab..so gonna try an do a routine before bed time each or every other nite..build up a routine..

weather man is saying colder temps as the days go by..gonna have to get my long johns out ..i hate the colder weather..use to work out in it years ago an back then didnt have a choice..now i have the choice i can chose the days i do or dont want to get out..its nice to have that choice..

well...gonna get up an wake my phone up...its on..but doesnt know its time to walk yet...lol..get my tea started..make the bed..get a few extra steps in before i have to start listening to the alarm i set on it...yes it was a great idea..and at same time as the day winds down...all you can think of is..why did i do that...have a great one...
