40 hmmmm...warmer temps.. gooood morning ..actually thought about a 430am ride when i seen the temps up so high..but ive really gotten use to a 930am ride...so guess il just stick with that till time change goes back again...i do miss riding earlier an having ride over with before 6am...but o well...long as i keep getting my rides in..thats all that matters...

i was feelin kinda down when i joined the beast mode again an i knew i was releasing the weight but i couldnt record it on the scales..but guess enough came off in inches that the scales finally had to notice the release as well...ive also noticed that if i eat right after my workout then i burn it faster or better then if i wait until my body completely cools down...a good thing..cause usually after my ride then im pretty much tired after my rides...lately ive been layin down an taking a nap about 1pm...just a short nap to replenish the energy cells i lost when riding..i get so cold after i ride...but im sure that cause when i come home im so hot i dont dress like i should ...instead of putting on shorts an tshirt in the house i should put long sleeve shirt an shorts back on so that when i start cooling down like i do...i wouldnt be so cold...just different things ive noticed after my rides...

well tea is done again...would like to get another 15 or more miles in today..was thinkin yesterday if i can average 17 per day ..then i could hit my goal this week in 5 days...getting 2 days off...but my only problem is..the days i dont ride..i get bored..lol...i just enjoy the riding time an trying to ride faster then the day before...something that once the weather gets worse ..then once i start using my new bike trainer...il be using programs that will build me up so that when im able to ride outside again..i should be able to do my rides even faster then now...ooooooo well...tea is callin my name...have a greatttttttttttttt day everyone...
