and the release of weight has restarted...

update...the 38s that i had in closet for motivation an to see where i was on workin off the weight ...i could get em buttoned...no it was like they was painted on..not able to sit in them yet...but getting them buttoned was an accomplishment.....awesomeeeeeeeeeeeee....
