alittle warmer morning today 49 with the wind at 8 outta the nw.. goood friday morning...lookin at weather channel by time sun comes up an starts heating up the pavement wind is gonna shift an will be comin outta the nne...so gonna be a chilly ride...guess i should be getting use to that...but just cant seem to..some days even with the wind blowing i get into my riding zone an dont feel the cold so much till i get back home an bring bike back inside an feel the warmth at the back door an then its like...niceeeeeee in here...lol...been stickin to riding daily once again...im thinkin if i can get 15 miles 3 days in a row i can hit my weekly goal in miles...really was hopin to take sunday off...but i would have to do a 20 today or tomow to get day off again...just depends on the ride an how bad the wind is by then...wind is good for resistance...but bad for speed if your riding into it..good if its at your back though..well...enough babblin..need to get tea going, make the bed, and meditate before 6am..get my day started out right once again..have a greatttttttttttt day everyone...
