35 with wind chill 31..winds out of north at 6 gooood morning..glad im not riding until 10am..hopefully by then its gonna be a bit warmer...wont be much warmer but at least sun will be out..i think the high today is just 53...so not much of a warm up...days like this you just want to hybernate...but thats what i did last year..ate an hybernated and the weight gradually gained...this year by being on the road bike more an being more into a get up an move program i might hybernate some days..but the eating is healthier this year...

ive noticed...well did just notice..but have noticed the scales just arent moving like they once did ...you gotta look at the whole body an how its releasing the weight...3 or 4 days ago i noticed my waist was releasing more...was able to put belt buckle into a hole its never been in...so little things like that are motivational...i keep tryin on the 38s..an although they are getting so very close to being able to button them...im guessing by jan or feb i might be in them enough that they will be comfy to wear...it could be sooner...just one of them day by day improvments...just glad its 38s im workin into instead of 48s....

well...need to fill tea cup up again...start setting clothes out for ride in 4 hours...by then hopefully il be in the mood...ive got 66 miles this week...shooting for 84...was hopin to be closer today..but looks like il have to finish on sunday to get the remaining miles i want...this is first week of tryin to hit goals using the strava site and im trying to improve myself each day...you get trophies..lol...i want to add to my collection..lol...

i feel the cold april...im wakin up to 27 this morning and no wind yet...just need to get 8 miles an i can get my trophy for hittting my 84 miles for this week....its one of them things..how bad do i want an internet trophy compared to takin the day off an stayin warm...lol...todays high is only suppose to be 58...so not gonna get all that warm today...way to go on walkin 3 hours...you should of burned off all kinds of calories walkin in the cold...have a great day april...
