dr fungs videos an Vishen Lakhiani are alot alike in that they are trying to teach everyone how bad the food of today is compared to how it was years ago...food back when mom an dad was growing up was better for you then it is now...food industry is all about sellin food thats not food at all but added ingredients to make us all ill, obese, and coming back for more...food is worse for us then smoking...and as we all know food is something that we as healthier people have to pick an choose what is a better food over what the food industry is tryin to shove down our throats with all the commercials on tv an in magazines..o you need this...or this is gonna make you healthier...geeez...give me a break....

the links i have put in my journal are to several utube videos ive been watching that have opened my eyes wider to the fact that the food industry is only after one thing..thats to make more money an the heck with keepin me healthy....

Isn't it mind boggling? You can't just go to a grocery store which sells FOOD and buy and eat what you like, because some of it will hurt you. You have to crawl all over the internet to try to figure things out for yourself, because you can't even learn the truth in school or on the news or in newspapers.

for the food industry its all about money an nothing else...healthy food is high...junk food is cheap...just the opposite of the way it should be...
