and the scales says.. gooood mornin everyone...im just amazed at how the scales keep smilin on me..yes im journaling all my food and im not cheating with sugar candy..but i have to admit..i weigh myself right before i go to bed at night just to see how close i am to that mornings weight an alot of nights...im thinkin theres no way im gonna be down enough to record a loss the next morning..an to my surprise..the weight fairy comes along an presto..the scales are smiling on me once again..so...not wanting to disappoint the scales..il take it.. gonna take it as long as i can..i keep expecting for the loss to slow down ..but..im hoping that the rate its comin off i can hit my first goal by the 5th of this month..then i will reset it again to 300...hopin to hit that by end of the month ..only the weight fairy can know the answer to that one..well..coffee/tea pot has quit perkin..so..time to get up an get some liquid in me once again..get this morning started..its raining here again this morning..but rain or shine i still have errands to get done this morning..so..have a great day everyone..thanks for stoppin by to read and support me...and remember stay focused an stick with the plan..to achieve your goals...
