I just saw a recipe that uses green plantains and almond flour for the crust. Has anyone tried it? wannabhealthier, I would love pizza, but wonder the same thing

When I get that pizza itch now I dump a cup of shredded mozzarella in my small frying pan, top with pepperoni and kinda fry it for a few minutes until the underside hardens a little. When it's out of the pan and sliced up you can pick the slices up like real pizza. Ive been doing the same thing with chedder cheese to make a crispy gooey shell to make mock taco bell quesalupas. Omgawwwd so good. I love cheese
