Great holiday weekend. Not getting all holiday crazy with the food. Finding pleasure in very sweet very low calorie strawberries. Working on the push-pull struggle of eating. Kinda funny being a therapist and trying to apply the things I counsels others to do. Positive down about 10 pounds in the past 3 weeks. Love the simplicity of this website. I was on another one it was way to overdone.
