Tomorrow I turn 45. Foxwoods casino in CT, here I come. I haven't been to a casino in years. After this trip if I don't go in years no problem. I took a vacation day today to get an inspection sticker on my bike and do some errands. I am more excited about the next 60 days than my actual birthday because my wife and I had a long talk and she will join me and embrace LCHF as main component for getting healthy and loosing weight. In addition to the many success stories in our FS world, I went outside it for a hot minute and looked and other LCHF success stories found on the dietdoctor dot com site. I am sold. I have studied a few of my buddies food journals and I am glad I don't have to drive all over town to get any special foods to make this work. Wish me luck friends. I hope I am not conforming to a LCHF cult or anything like that. Cheers. Ches.
