Happy Day, Best Buddies:

One Idiot Box read 168 pounds, and the other read 169 pounds, so I guess I am around 168.5

I feel stress this week - I work for myself and like to be busy; but this week I am back to back in appointments and turning new patient requests over to my colleague! I am glad, and tired, too.

Workouts are going well - chest pressed two 30 pounds dumbbells which is a PR for me on that move but it was low rep count of five. I just keep pushing and my trainer likes it!

CURRENT GOALS: March/April
* Idiot Box consistent weight of 166 by May 1
* Bodyfat at 27% by May 1
* Macros consistent: Average 65%-70% fat, 23%-25% protein and 9%(or less) carbs, with NET carbs always less than 20 grams daily
* Consume more fiber within the daily NET carbs macro
* Continue to lift heavier at gym – increase reps on heaviest weights
* Continue HIIT during cardio work
* Do the “crab” move by May 1 – I know what this means!

LONG RANGE GOALS: 2016
* Bodyfat at 25% or less
* Idiot Box at 158lbs or less (85lbs lost)
* Increased strength and flexibility

Words of the Week:
“Put all excuses aside and remember this: YOU are capable.” ~ Zig Ziglar

I am dedicated, determined and diligent

Go HCB, do some Yoga tonight, it really does relieve stress when all you do is breathe and clear your mind. And you are correct just keep pushing it day after day and you will be where you want to be. Take a look at other men and women your peers and do they look as good as you or can they do the things you do? I doubt that. you are a rock young lady.

HCB - every time I see this entry and see whre you've written "do the crab move" I think of the Do The Roach dance in Hairspray. I seriously think you need some kitchy music and a costume for this. You'll probably be on to a cult following You Tube video ;) You ARE a rock and I know your goals are going to be checkmarks by May 1.
