I'm having a great day...in the kitchen prepping and cooking meals for the week. I've been using mushrooms in place of meat in tacos, sloppy joes, burgers, spaghetti sauce. My hubby and grandchildren are loving it. My intention for today is to be still and know for all things that come my way.

Sloppy joes are unconstructed hamburgers (can be made with Manwich sauce) and served over a hamburger bun.
