So today was a really BAD day--Mama fell, landed on her chin. Now she's bruised and had a pretty big gash on her chin. It's becoming increasingly difficult and stressful....normally, I would be eating my emotions but today, the worse I did was eat 3 oz. of pork rinds. SO, that's a positive milestone. Maybe, just maybe I can lose all of this weight! I did also go to enroll at a gym (Planet Fitness) that is opening within the next week near me. That will help me to relieve some stress AND help with the weight loss!! So 2 positives for today.... Maybe, it wasn't such a bad day after all!
