I've battled weight all my life like most people. Tried all the latest diets and such like most. And finally at 61 yrs. old and have found that keto/low carb/high fat is the best eating plan for me. My problem is that in the past I've not been able to get below 200 lbs. So, I'm now trying to eat very low carb and have been losing at a good rate (1-2 lbs/day this week--my first week)and do realize that this rate will not continue. Right now I'm getting to the point where I have stalled in the past. When I stall, like a lot of people, I get very discouraged and tend to start back sliding. This time, I'm making a commitment to stick with it and make it through to my goal! I'm joining a gym. And have joined some groups here for the support to get through the stalls.

Snack type sprouted lentils
I googled "sprouted lentils" and found bags of them on Thrive Market, Jet.com & Vitacost. I don't see that they are anything but the sprouted lentils themselves but, you could probably add your own spicing and make them yourself.

Sounds like to me that you just need to be diligent about journaling your food in order to stay on track and accountable. It really does help!

Bulletproof coffee: coffee, 1 tbsp.coconut oil, 1 tbsp. grass fed unsalted butter, sweetener(optional), a little heavy whipping cream (optional), you can also add 1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon & a dash of pure vanilla extract if you like.
If you drink BP coffee, you shouldn't have any bowel issues.
Also make sure you get enough water and exercise.
