Slowly getting back into my groove. I have been trying to cut way down on the sugar, but my body became used to it and wants it all the time now. Aaargh!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you go cold turkey on the sugar, usually by day 4-5 it gets wayyy easier. Gotta say day 4 sucks though.... :) Hang in there!

Izzy, just takes a little time. Then the body says no to very much sugar. I still like a bit of sweet in my tea but now it is just a little.. I put 1/3 cup in a batch of iced herb tea last weekend (2 quarts) and it was actually too sweet. Will try 1/4 of a cup next time.

If you're craving sugar, take yourself out for a walk. It'll pass. Personally, I can't do a sugar-free diet. I eat 2 fresh fruits for breakfast every morning with my joe, and I'm good for the rest of the day.
