10 weeks since heart procedure. Im beginning to see some definition again. Im back to 5-6 days a week of workouts and Im about 70% back to weight selection. Im still struggling with losing the weight I gained over holidays, even though Im eating healthy.

Thank you! I typically have good bicep and shoulder muscle definition. I'm getting the cut on shoulder but bicep muscle is a work in progress.

You look awesome! You are doing great considering what you have been thru! You are rocking it and I am glad you are able to get more workouts in and in your happy place. The weight will come off because you are being consistent and disciplined!

Redporch, I am glad to be able to work out more and I have begun to incorporate more cardio. It's not my favorite thing but nutritionist wants to see if that will kick my system in the butt start helping with some weight loss. Katsolo, I've given up is more like it. I am hoping I'll lose those last few lbs but if I don't, it's not the end of the world...I go to get my device put in sports mode on Feb 2. Can't wait to see what that entails!👍

I'm sorry you're struggling Diana, but you're being really consistent. Surely its something to be celebrated, certainly I think that's awesome! I really do look up to you ladies and gent's of course they're able to get to the gym and do your strength training I hope the one day I'm able to do that not just able to to make it there, but able to have the strength available to do that.

Shoot Diana 2/2 will be here in a flash. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You’ve got this. You look fantastic but more importantly how do you feel? Are you feeling strong? Are you starting to feel like yourself prior to the surgical repair? I saw you are thinking about moving? Why do you want to leave the desert?😂
