What are some affordable high protein options for ppl who don’t like protein shakes??? I don’t like the powdered taste they leave behind. Is there an unflavored clear protein shake out there that can added to a fruit smoothie?
What are your top high protein snacks, shakes, foods, etc???

Fairlife doesn't have that "powdered" taste at all.

Superman, we don't need this book, to be honest. I think many people who have been "tricked" by charlatans like Taubes or Fung should definitely buy it though. Or anyone who wants in depth explanation of how nutrition works. It also goes into pre-workout, post-workout, supplements, etc. I mostly got it to support a guy who helped me turn from th dreadful clean eating stage of my life lol

Yea it seems like everyone must go through that phase. It’s like the right of passage or something lol I think it’s mostly cuz we all got here overeating those things and we blame it on that instead of the amount we over consumed. But flexibility and moderation in mind you can have fun foods, which is the spice of life and normalize our way of eating again

Nice product placement of the strawberry lol. Did you buy a case or are you recycling cameos of the same empty bottles now?

Enjoying the RESEARCH-BASED approach to flexible dieting outlined in the book - avoiding the dichotomous mindset of good and bad foods and allowing flexibility of nutrient ranges, food choices and timing seems like a practical approach to eating well. Im also adopting the IIFYM concept as I continue to work towards my body recomp goals. Thanks for the rec!
