Completely changed eating plan. Lost 80lbs in a year. Now its time to grow muscle. no more CICO for now. Eating this much is mentally challenging but it is required to grow muscle. I'm still working hard every day with weights and cardio. Remember who you are. Remember what you've overcome. Remember what challenges you've conquered in life. Realize what you are capable of. eating big (clean) is hard... harder then most people think. I had a hell of time ever gaining weight until completely dropped my cardio, I couldn't stomach any more food once I got to 4600cals. great job so far. and good luck on the weight gain. try to enjoy those extra calories while you can 😁🍽️🍽️💪💪
