OMG I went up TWO pounds this morning! WTheck?! Don't know the cause for this upsurge. Back to the drawing board.

Ok Lou repeat this: It is NOT the daily fluctuations, it is the overall trend that matters. Say it again. Now look at your weight loss history graphic and pay attention to the overall trend - it is consistently DOWNWARD. This daily surge is a water fluke as there is no way you can gain 2 lbs of fat (or even muscle) overnight. Chill lady, it will vanish in a day or two.
