A piece of advice, take it or leave it. I’m done with breakfast but already have the day planned out. I’ve left room in my calorie count to add a little to each meal if needed. Ever heard the expression, “Plan your work…work your plan?”

I like to plan for the day too and I will often enter the whole day at once. Really helps to keep me on track for the day. Have a great day - Heather

I do the same! I usually plan one day ahead.

I do the same thing! I write it out in the morning and then I will usually stick to it

I plan one day then make 5x each meal and freeze them for the week.

I make myself log during prep, then I can adjust before it goes in my mouth. The beauty of FS tracking - instant feedback.

I plan the day early on... But make changes and adjustments along the way pretty much every day... ⚖️🤔✍️
