Today is my 33rd wedding anniversary! So my hubby decided to help me celebrate by sabotaging - um, I mean kindly getting me a red velvet donut for breakfast. I did my best calorie estimate for that, since it's a local shop down the street. Support the local economy, I guess. Anyway, I'm sure we'll be going out for dinner tonight, possibly Outback or some other steakhouse. So lunch will be a turkey sandwich, and I'm determined to get in a spin class this morning!
