Keeping track of food is an absolute MUST DO, I'll admit it's a pain but it works to keep me accountable. I weigh everything so there's a lot less time in the day to eat. lol Getting on the treadmill everyday, starting slow and working up to at least 30 minutes a day. Week one 10 minutes a day, and adjust up from there. Got to get motivated to pressure wash the pool deck, sidewalk, etc.. ugh

Nothing is impossible, the word itself says “I’m possible”!
