Fasting blood sugar 146/ weight 166 Plan IF/Keto/exercise Skipped breakfast. Lunch was leftover spinach, black soybean spaghetti, pork loin stir fried with 2 eggs and a salad, same as yesterday, but I did notice I recorded that I ate 12 cups of spinach yesterday! I corrected that :-) Supper was cottage cheese, blueberries and keto English muffin. Glucose down to 85 at 10pm so I ate yogurt. Gardened for 2 hours. Today I planted strawberries, broccoli, cabbage, Swiss chard, cauliflower, and more herbs. My raised gardens are now full, until I can harvest some veggies and plant the warm weather garden. Most things I planted are frost hardy, some I will have to cover if we get another cold spell. So happy to be back in the garden!
