Fasting blood sugar 118/ weight 166
Plan: IF/keto/exercise
Skipped breakfast this morning. Worked 2 hours in garden, planting red potatoes, onions, kale, lettuce, romaine. Beautiful texture to soil! Snow always leaves it
lovely. Weeded iris bed. Walked through the orchard examining the trees; buds are filling out. Another week or two we will have blooms. Ate about 1:30 (ending 14 1/2 hr. fast). Lunch was leftover spinach, pork loin, keto black soy bean noodles stir fried with eggs, salsa for topping, pumpkin bread with butter, matcha green tea. Supper at 7:30 was salad, sunflower seeds, cottage cheese, keto English muffin, blueberries. Hubby is busy this week at county livestock show. FFA and 4H kids compete with their animals. He has been working with the broiler show for 35 years, ever since our boys showed their 4H projects.
Macros 25/55/20; 1476 calories; fiber 27; net carbs 72.69; net kcals -1032.
