Fasting blood sugar 125/ weight 165.3
Plan: IF/keto/exercise
Skipped breakfast today. Lunch at 1:30: scrambled eggs, keto pumpkin bread, butter, mixed nuts. Supper cottage cheese, kiwi, multi-grain bread, butter.
Worked a couple of hours in the garden today, adding three bags of compost to the raised beds. Planted sweet alyssum in the iris bed. I don't usually have allergies at this time of year, but I have sneezed and sniffled all day. Something is getting to me, probably from spending so much time outdoors.
