Down that last half pound to get back to 244, where I was on 2/2 before I went OFF Keto for four days. Now, I can start making actual PROGRESS! Didn't get in but ONE cup of water yesterday, and didn't have a BM, so weight will probably make good progress tomorrow if I do better on those things today. Fiber has been almost nil. Having an Atkins Endulge Chocolate Coconut bar today, which has 9g Fiber, so that will help a little. Sometimes, it helps TOO much, too fast, because the sugar alcohols will give me diarrhea. Only eating half at a time to hopefully prevent going ON THE WAY to the toilet, as happened last week when I ate one all at once. I used to eat 2-3 of those a DAY, and they wouldn't bother me. That's when I wasn't caring about how many calories I had in a day - was just watching Net Carbs and Fats. It's all a balancing act, isn't it?

I have to be really careful with maltitol, that's the one that gets me. Dangerous stuff.

I can overdo it on the Atkins bars also, they taste so yummy. When I was working at my temp job I tried to stick with a small container of yogurt & 1 of the lemon bars Which is good but not my fav so I knew it wouldn't trigger the "ME WANT MORE"! And that satisfied me for the day! But when I'm not working it is difficult to stick to it. Good you are doing super!

I had 24 net carbs and 27 gram of fiber yesterday. A bit unusual since I had a low carb tortilla, nupasta and chia seeds on the same day. I get some of my fiber from a couple of soaked chia seeds these days. Many greens add very little carb but nice fiber. You can also use flax for things if you wanted to. Lots of nice things to experiment with as you continue on your keto journey

Chia seed pudding helps. I have made it with Chocolate Premier Protein. Also Calm, a magnesium supplement helps. Not with fiber but with elimination.

Debbie, it is wonderful to see your weight loss efforts being rewarded. After staying in a hotel for 10 days while our motorhome was upgraded a little, I dread to think what the constant restaurant food has done to me - despite trying really hard to make the right choices. You are inspiring me again!
