The only reason I don't use an app for tracking my weight training is I don't know of one. If you find one and it is free please share the info with me.

Ya really looking for something basic. Monday-Arms-this many reps-this many sets. Tuesday- Back-etc. I’ll check into Woodify too! Looks good Thanks! @Kenna- WHAT? Pen and paper? Remove a device from my hand? Lol. You should see the Excel spreadsheet I have! It’s wild!
