Daily Carb and getting at least 60% of your calories from FAT tips
Hi, guys, I've been struggling to reduce my carbs and get at least 60% of my calories fat. My diet can be found here(Diet link). I essentially eat bananas and apple cider vinegar for breakfast coupled with a Whey protein shake. For lunch and dinner, I typically eat chicken and salad.
My daily average carb intake is around 160g.
Any tips on how to do this/what to reduce? I am losing weight currently but I'll really like to speed up the process.

Cheat day
This has probably been asked many times before, but I'm a newbie to this website and I appreciate any advice.
Is it good/normal to have a cheat day every week?
I've been trying hard to follow my diet but I do get cravings for junk food and I satiate them during my cheat day every week. My net calorie intake is positive during this day and I feel guilty.
Any tips on how to overcome this challenge?
