Now that you're doing the Keto challenge, are you still trying to get under 1,200 calories a day? If not, you still need to find something to reward yourself, like maybe for your Net Carbs, so you can build up that clothes fund!

Debbie, I am still trying to keep under my RDI of 1205 calories, but so far it isn't working out that well. I'm gaining instead of losing. Diet Doctor suggests you not count calories. I'll try it one more week and then re-evaluate. Counting the net carbs may be a really effective way to do the rewards. Thanks for the suggestion!
