Wednesday Weigh-In (Total loss 4 lbs)
I am on day 3 of being back on track after sliding off the track straight into carbage. I was knee deep in carbage. To celebrate being back on track again I colored the little squares on my calendar in green.
I think I finally figured out that this year has to be a redesign for me. I have to figure out how to handle stress better, work on my self image, discover different ways of working out, forgive myself more, and give myself permission to take time to work on me. And basically try to figure out what the heck I'm doing because at this point its pretty apparent I'm clueless when it comes to what I need.

Ms. E. you are doing good work, simply by knowing that you need to make some changes. And you already possess that information of what to do, it's just as you said, taking the time to sit and focus in pulling that information/ answers/ solutions from within. I don't intend to sound sappy, just that I know you're an intelligent woman and can do this. 👍❤😊

At first I thought you had misspelled garbage. And then I realized OH, CARBAGE. It’s a very descriptive word and also my downfall.
