Plan: continue Diet Dr. 2 week keto diet/IF/exercise
Skipped breakfast; Lunch: leftover tuna salad and zuchinni; mixed nuts. mocha coffee cocoa. Supper: Keto chili, cheese, sour cream, coconut macaroon cookie. I ate over goal, did not earn new clothing money today. Did do exercise.
