Your broccoli and chicken breast days (boiled chicken breasts nonetheless) were the worst. 🤢😆 And I think sometimes you ate brown rice and boiled eggs.

You are absolutely right. I’m the type of person you tell me somethings off limit and I want to go for it more than 100% to the point of obsessing. Eating moderation for me was the only way to go.💪💪💪💪🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️thank you🙏

I love broccoli and chicken breasts, but I love my Tim’s donut and ice cream too. I eat it all. Just in control and portioned. Best life ever!! 💪🏻❤️

That is a perfect image for me to remember that there is middle ground. Thanks for posting that.

Great pic! The problem with BOTH extremes is, you notice how you swing from one to the other? Sadly, I'm STILL looking for that middle ground....

Except when I don’t eat sugar, I don’t crave sugar.

That's a great analogy!

What's your philosophy on eating 'fun' foods (fast food, cake, ice cream, and typically any other food that is terrible for you if you eat too much of it)?

I'm learning!

Mosiarmstrong step 1 is knowing that it isn't terrible for you, its just food. Some food has fewer vitamins some has more. I ensure I get the protein, vitamins, and fiber that keep me healthy and then fill the rest with fun foods. I had 1500 calories of peanut butter cookies yesterday and I am a pound lighter today.

DrSueM, you stay away from sugar and have met your goal or are you still struggling? If so, what would you blame it on?
29 Oct 20 by member: -Diablo
Good point, Diablo. People literally struggling, crying, gaining all for fear of eating carbs and sugar in moderation then binging on the carbs and fat and sugar because they won't allow it. Saying you can't allow it or you won't be able to stop eating it and then binging and eating enormous amounts of it is every four days because you restricted and choose a way of eating that's not sustainable is doing far more damage and causing a gain than eating a normal portion, exercising, and enjoying life. Or not exercising and eating less than you burn...either way- a calorie deficit is the only way to weight loss.

Awesome bro. Thanks for that. I'm definitely trying to take a more balanced approach to eating, like you seem to have mastered.
